I had a great stay at Hampton and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city, as it is near a nice restaurant where we enjoyed eating in the evenings. However, it is quite far away from all the attractions, so we had to use a taxi to get to the first metro station or directly to the city center. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Daniele, who always greeted us with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to assist us.

The quality of the food was poor, with powdered eggs, cheap hot dogs, and stale baked beans. The breakfast options were limited and not suited to the standards of a 4-star hotel.
